Bitluni used our 0.8 mm 4-layer PCBs to build a LED matrix in an M.2 format.
The communication is handled by a CH382 PCIe-to-serial bridge, and the 240-LED matrix is controlled via a CH32V208 RISC-V microcontroller.
His biggest challenge was routing the PCIe lanes with correct polarity and continuous ground reference. The first prototype failed (RX/TX swapped), but fast turnaround helped test a revised version within days.
EURECA has developed a USB line scan camera board around the TCD1304DG sensor from Toshiba.
The system consists of a sensor PCB manufactured via AISLER and an external FPGA board handling control and data readout.
